JLJ55 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the JLJ55 platform at jlj55.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JLJ55.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any JLJ55 service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a JLJ55 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online gambling.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily excluded themselves from JLJ55 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of JLJ55 or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or software providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active JLJ55 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If JLJ55 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all bonus balances will be forfeited and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering your JLJ55 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. This information must remain current. If your details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Identity Verification (KYC)

JLJ55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of your payment method. Verification requests will be processed within one to three business days.

Account Security

4. Deposits

• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account tier. Refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one business day.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• JLJ55 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees separately.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your JLJ55 account. JLJ55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within one to four hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• JLJ55 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Winnings derived from bonus credit are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

JLJ55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed in full in the Promotions section of the platform before any bonus is claimed. The following general terms apply to all JLJ55 bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and most other bonus types are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be bet using the bonus before it can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Progress toward wagering is tracked in real time in your JLJ55 account dashboard.

Bonus Validity

Bonuses have an expiry period, typically between three and thirty days depending on the promotion type. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the validity period, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Your real money balance is not affected.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, and Live Dealer variants generally contribute between 20% and 50%. Color Game and Pusoy contribute at standard table game rates. Abuse of Bonuses

JLJ55 monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive welcome bonuses more than once, exploiting promotional conditions in a way inconsistent with genuine play, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be suspended.

Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

While a deposit bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or round is ₱1,000, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

7. Game Rules

All games on JLJ55 — including Poker, Roulette, Color Game, Pusoy, slots, and live dealer tables — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, not instead of, those individual rules.

Random Number Generation (RNG)

All RNG-based games on JLJ55 use certified random number generation technology. Outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party. JLJ55's RNG systems are subject to regular third-party auditing.

Technical Faults

In the event of a malfunction, game error, or connection interruption during a game round, JLJ55 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets placed in that round will typically be refunded. JLJ55's decision on the resolution of technical fault claims is final.

Errors and Incorrect Payouts

JLJ55 reserves the right to void bets and recover incorrectly paid winnings resulting from system errors, software bugs, or human error. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified immediately or discovered subsequently. Players are required to notify JLJ55 support of any obvious errors they notice during gameplay.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JLJ55. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or exploit platform functionality
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of game manipulation in poker or other competitive games
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of JLJ55 to process funds from illegal activities
• Chargeback abuse — initiating chargebacks after receiving winnings or bonuses
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the JLJ55 platform, software, or game systems
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at JLJ55 staff or other players

9. Responsible Gaming

JLJ55 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining and safe. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, and these tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.

Available Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Session reminders: Opt-in alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your JLJ55 account for a chosen period. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the JLJ55 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual material — is the property of JLJ55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any JLJ55 content without prior written permission. Your account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, JLJ55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

JLJ55's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JLJ55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond JLJ55's control may result in temporary service interruptions. JLJ55 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

JLJ55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLJ55 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of JLJ55 after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure via support.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of JLJ55 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

JLJ55 operates under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Players are encouraged to play only on platforms holding a valid, verifiable licence.
